Festival gates open at 10:30am and the final band ends at 6:00pm (service of food, drinks and alcohol stops at 5:00pm).  Please note that our final return transfer at 7:30pm departs from Governors (43 Foster St Bicheno), a 5 minute walk from the festival grounds. 

Coles Bay pick up/drop off point will be the Iluka Tavern (31 Esplanade). Swanwick pick up/drop off point will be the bus stop at the Recreational Ground (Hazards View Drive). 

It is important to adhere to our fixed departure schedule, as the shuttle will not wait beyond the set pick up time and location. 

Our drivers reserve the right to deny boarding to anyone that poses a threat or is excessively intoxicated, for the safety of all passengers and driver. In the event interior cleaning is required due to incidents on the journey, a $100.00 cleaning fee will be imposed. 

To Bicheno Food and Wine Festival

10:00am Pick up Coles Bay, followed by Swanwick shortly after- arrival at festival at approx. 10:30am

11:15am Pick up Coles Bay, followed by Swanwick shortly after- arrival at festival at approx. 11:45am

12:30pm Pick up Coles Bay, followed by Swanwick shortly after- arrival at festival at approx. 1:00pm 

From Bicheno Food and Wine Festival

5:00pm Pick up festival site- arrival at Coles Bay/Swanwick at approx. 5:30pm 

6:15pm Pick up festival site- arrival at Coles Bay/Swanwick at approx. 6:45pm

7:30pm Pick up Governors- arrival at Coles Bay/Swanwick at approx. 8:00pm
